RN & Allied Specialties is licensed by the State of Indiana to provide private-duty services should patients need or want additional care in the hospital, in an assisted living facility or in the home. We provide a broad range of home assistance services, ranging from companion care and meal preparation, to general medical and skilled nursing care. Our mission with private duty is to share our healthcare workforce with families who need assistance while in the hospital, after being discharged from the hospital, while recovering from surgery or simply due to circumstances where the individual or family prefers the home environment.

RN & Allied Specialties is uniquely positioned in the private duty market because of our extensive base of over 600 nursing and therapy healthcare professionals that deliver patient care to central Indiana health care systems on a temporary basis. These professionals can help families by providing assistance in four-hour, eight-hour and twelve-hour shifts. Our philosophy is to staff private duty cases with the time and care we would expect for our own families, building a plan of care to appropriately suit the patient’s and family’s needs. We are happy to talk with patients and their families about these special care options.
