In 1995 Elizabeth Dillon, RN, recognized a strong need for a supplemental staffing company that was able to serve both healthcare facilities and nursing professionals equally. This became known as the two-client concept. Her idea came to fruition when she founded RN & Allied Specialties, an Indiana-based supplemental staffing company that provides nursing and allied health professionals to facilities on an outsourced basis.
Today, RN & Allied Specialties represents every specialty of nursing and allied health. We serve healthcare facilities such as acute care health networks, outpatient clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, long term care facilities and the State of Indiana. We also offer a full service, private-duty division licensed by the State of Indiana.
RN & Allied Specialties remains committed to Elizabeth Dillon’s two-client concept. It’s just one of many things that separate us from our competition.
